Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.
The Vapor Room will strive to keep our customers satisfied at all times and any returns or refund requests will be dealt with as quickly as possible.
All items must be returned for testing before a replacement can be issued.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at Louise@thevaporroom.co.uk. If your return is accepted, you will then be asked to send the item back to the address provided. We advise you to return any items in secure packaging and using a tracked, recorded or signed for delivery service for insurance purposes should the parcel become lost in transit. The Vapor Room cannot accept responsibility for returned items lost or damaged in transit.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Faults – if your item becomes faulty within 60 days of purchase, we recommend you stop using using the product and turn it off. You will be asked to return the item as specified above. Upon receipt and inspection, if the item is deemed faulty through no fault of your own, you will be offered a replacement, repair or refunded and the return delivery cost will be refunded.
Please note: we will not replace, repair or offer refunds for items damaged through accident, neglect misuse or wear and tear.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned for health, safety and hygiene reasons such eliquid bottles which have been opened or tampered with. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Special offer items or items bought on sale will be refunded at the price paid during the offer period. If a like-for-like exchange is required there will be no adjustment, however if the item is exchanged for a similar item, then an adjustment may be made at our discretion.
